LATENESS: 

Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location.  We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency.  Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.

 

CANCELLATIONS: 

Please allow 24 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. cosmetic tattoo deposits are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.  Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 24 hours' notice.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow family, friends, significant others, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio.

DEPOSITS: 

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure microblading appointments. A deposit is NOT required for Brow Shaping, Brow Waxing, and Consultations. Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your cosmetic tattoo appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival PRIOR to any services being rendered.

BALANCE: 

The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival PRIOR to any services being rendered.  Payments accepted are cash, credit card, CashApp, and Zelle.

TOUCH-UPS: 

Your first touch-up can be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. Touch-up sessions can be booked during your first visit. This touch-up session is crucial for the best results.  Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark, pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you schedule a consultation BEFORE booking your appointment. The fee for the consultation will be deducted from the total cost of the cosmetic tattoo procedure.

IMPORTANT FOR CLIENTS: 

Cosmetic tattooing is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre-Care & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
